TAILORS Group and StockAmbit form strategic partnership

TAILORS Group has acquired nearly 5 per cent of StockAmbit’s shares and has begun a strategic partnership with the innovative crowdfunding platform run by the company. The agency will also provide communication support for capital raising transactions conducted on the platform.

– We are seeing a systematic increase in interest in the capital market from investors and companies. This is fostered by the rising cost of bank financing. Crowdfunding should be one of the biggest beneficiaries of these trends ,’ says Łukasz Wójcik, Managing Partner of TAILORS Group. – The crowdfunding market is maturing, so we felt it was the perfect time for a strategic partnership with StockAmbit. Reliable and thoughtful communication from issuers with a long-term horizon will play an increasingly important role in capital raising processes, he adds.

Funding through equity crowdfunding will become even more attractive due to the planned increase in the limit of the amount that can be raised from investors to the equivalent of €5 million. At the same time, the requirement for entities running crowdfunding platforms to have a licence from the FSA will contribute to making the market more transparent.

StockAmbit has been operational since June 2021 and focuses on crowdfunding campaigns of technology companies.
