Photon Energy acquires Lerta

Photon Energy, a leading representative of the photovoltaic industry on the WSE, whose communications we have supported for several years, has acquired Lerta. Lerta’s integration into the Photon Energy group will provide it with energy trading licences in six countries, a state-of-the-art scalable virtual power plant platform and a third position on the Polish DSR market. TAILORS Group supported the communication of the transaction to the Polish market by organising, among other things, a conference for media and investors.
