Communication of public offerings of bonds worth 117 million z

Cavatina Holding, the office developer with whom we have been working since the IPO and listing of shares on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2021, successfully completed in November 2022 another of these issues of 3.5-year bonds under a programme aimed at individual investors. The company raised a total of more than PLN 117 million in four issues, and the funds are an important element of the diversified financing through which the Group’s project portfolio is being developed. The new bonds, like the previous series, were traded on the Catalyst market
