Communication of Develia’s initial public bond offering

Develia, the developer we support in corporate communications and investor relations, placed its first public issue of three-year bonds aimed at individual investors in November/December 2022. There were 345 subscriptions for the papers, and the PLN 15.4 million raised is the first phase of an issue programme worth up to PLN 150 million. The bonds debuted on the Catalyst market on 28 December 2022.

As part of our support, we took care of the presence of information about the offering in the media and advised on ongoing advertising activities. We prepared several press releases, organised an interview on Parkiet TV, a chat for investors and supported the company in answering media questions. Following our activities, approximately 50 media publications appeared, including in major financial and bond titles.
